Career:
Mr. Moustakatos, while attending University joined a Seminar on English Legal Method of the University of Cambridge in 1994. He joined Simantiras & Partners as a trainee in 1994 and attended the Summer Law School of the Tulane Univesity. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1996.
Within the Firm his practice consists in providing assistance on a wide range of criminal cases, both private and  financial criminal issues. He has also take care of corporate and commercial matters as well as European law issues.
He has published a series of articles on economic crime and property law.
He is the founder and elected President of the Association of Athens Law School Graduates as well as a member of the Association of European Lawyers for the protection of the financial interest of the EU.
